Seeking a professional, pro-active, and reliable, House Manager to manage the everyday activities of a private family estate. This family is looking for someone who already has strong ties to the Guelph area.
-Day to day management and supervision of the residences to maintain the highest standards
-Manage internal staff including scheduling
-Manage, schedule, and supervise household installations.
-Provide all aspects of pet care
-Provide basic household bookkeeping and monitor budgets
-Answer phone and door; manage and monitor all household inventories and deliveries
-Chauffeur children to and from school and activities occasionally
-2+ years of work experience that is similar to this role
-Be a natural problem solver
-Ability to anticipate the needs of the family
-Excellent communication skills
-Proven track record of being trustworthy, pro-active, knowledgeable, responsible and reliable
-Have an eye for the fine details
-Warm and comfortable around children
-Full G license and a reliable vehicle are required
-Medical benefits & vacation time may be provided
-Travel to other properties, on occasion (within the GTA), to perform similar duties
Salary is commensurate with experience and candidate qualities/capabilities
