House Manager

Seeking a professional, pro-active, and reliable, House Manager to manage the everyday activities of a private family residence. This family is looking for someone who already has strong ties to the Hollywood Hills area of Los Angeles.
Primary Responsibilities
-Day to day management and supervision of the residences to maintain the highest standards
-Manage internal staff including scheduling
-Manage, schedule, and supervise household installations.
-Provide all aspects of pet care
-Provide basic household bookkeeping and monitor budgets
-Answer phone and door; manage and monitor all household inventories and deliveries
-Other duties may be required

Job Requirements
-2+ years of work experience that is similar to this role
-Be a natural problem solver
-Ability to anticipate the needs of the family
-Must be legally authorised to work in the USA (No sponsorship)
-Excellent communication skills
-Proven track record of being trustworthy, pro-active, knowledgeable, responsible and reliable 
-Have an eye for the fine details
-Warm and comfortable around children
-Full Driving license and a reliable vehicle are required

Salary is commensurate with experience and candidate qualities/capabilities
