An experienced, reliable, and detailed, Mother’s helper/Nanny, is required for a family in Montreal, QC, Canada. This is a temporary, full-time, Live-in, role. Flexibility is key for this role, weekly schedules for the working week will consist of a minimum of 40 Hours (up to 60 hours), with the ideal candidate being available to work both evenings and weekends if requested.
-Complete care and supervision of two children (5-years & 9-months), in a safe, creative, and nurturing environment
-Food preparation for the children (organic and well-balanced meals, snacks)
-Cleaning and management of the children’s, rooms, bedding, laundry, ironing, toys, stroller, and diaper bag
-Ensuring all the rooms where the children play are well maintained (organization of the toys)
-Changing diapers and inventory management of baby supplies (communicate with house manager)
-Complete care of nap duties and baby bottle feeding
-Other duties may be required
-3+ years of working in a private residence or similar role
-Experience working as a nanny and/or relevant qualifications
-Must be legally authorized to work in Canada (No sponsorship)
-Fluent in English, both verbal and written
-Fluent in French, both verbal and written is considered an asset
-Exceptional organization and multitasking skills
-Trustworthy and flexible with a can-do attitude
-Ability to be a team player and hold a positive attitude
-Warm and comfortable around children
-Professional, polished, and discreet
-Willing to maintain high levels of privacy
-Full driving license and a clean driving record is required
-This is a temporary role for the months of, May – September
Salary is commensurate with experience and candidate qualities/capabilities
The ideal candidate will be available to start Mid-May
