1. Reach out! We need to know you are looking for a new position. Apply directly to specific postings or send us an application through our contact form. Attach your resume as a Word document and include other relevant documentation like your cover letter, certificates and references letters. There are absolutely no fees for you to use our service.
2. We review your information and qualifications. We add you to our contact database.
3. You fill out our Questionnaire so we can make the best matches between you and potential employers.
4. You apply for a specific position.
5. We do a preliminary interview to determine if we think you could be a good match for our client.
7. We build your portfolio in preparation for presenting it to our client. Be prepared to have your background checked thoroughly.
8. We present your portfolio to our client and they decide if they would like to interview you.
9. If selected, you attend an interview with your potential employer. A Luxe Staff advisor may attend the interview.
10. Once offered a permanent position, we negotiate the terms of employment. In some cases, a paid working trial period will be put in place to determine if you and the employer are a good match.
11. Employers will submit a job offer.
12. You accept! You are officially hired!
