Overview
We seek a qualified and diligent Property Manager to oversee the maintenance and management of a private estate in the Guelph, Ontario region. The successful candidate will ensure that the buildings, facilities, grounds, and vehicles are well-maintained and operate efficiently. This full-time, permanent position with weekday hours requires a well-organized and experienced candidate.


Job Requirements

- Previous experience managing a private estate is mandatory.

- The candidate must have experience operating heavy machinery and power tools.

- Comfortability with pets and animals is a must.

- High levels of attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service are required.

- Legal authorization to work in Canada is mandatory, and the candidate should not require sponsorship.

- Fluency in English, both verbal and written, is necessary.

- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, Word) is required.

- The candidate must exercise discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
 

Certificates/Licenses

- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required. Possession of various safety certifications, including chainsaw operation, is preferred.
